What is Botox Treatment?

While many think of Botox as a cosmetic option only for facial wrinkles and lines,
it can and has been used in dental practices for years. Botox can be used to treat
TMJ problems, bruxism, high lip lines as well as pain and discomfort when
adjusting to dentures. Botox is safely administered in our office and can be
redone as needed. The procedure is very quick, typically only taking a few short
minutes to complete.

Hands down the BEST dentist I have ever been to! Not only is he thorough and meticulous, but he is also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained my procedure and put me at ease instantly. The office staff is warm and accommodating – my experiences at other dentistry offices made me weary of trying someone new and Dr. Max Zlasavsky and staff changed my outlook and I will never see another dentist after this!

may occur. Most patients who need or want Botox can have the procedure done
safely in our office.

You will then have the Botox injections administered. A topical anesthetic can be used to make the injections less painful for you. You will notice immediate results from the Botox, and the results can be fully seen and felt in a few days time. You will need re-treatment of Botox after a few months.
